User guide

  • Search for a property or land

    Use the homepage or the "Properties" and "Land" menus to browse listings. You can filter by city, property type, price, area and specific criteria (furnished residences, developed land). Advanced search lets you refine according to your needs.

  • Create an account

    Click "Login" then "Sign up". Enter your email, password and required information. By accepting the terms of use and privacy policy, you can save favorites, request visits and access your client area.

  • Request a visit

    On a property or land listing page, use the "Request a visit" button. Choose a date and time slot if offered. Visit fees (e.g. 5,000 FCFA) can be paid online via Mobile Money (CinetPay). You can track your requests in "My space" > "My visits".

  • Pay online

    Payment of visit fees and furnished residence bookings is made via our partner CinetPay (Mobile Money and other means). Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the receipt. In case of issues, contact us with the transaction reference.

  • Use the mobile app

    Download the NY Immobilier app from the "Download the app" page (Android; iOS coming soon). You can browse properties and land, manage favorites, request visits and access your client area from your smartphone.

Are listings verified?
NY Immobilier strives to verify listings and advertisers' information. Exact conditions (availability, price) are to be confirmed with our team or the advertiser.
How do I cancel or change a visit request?
Log in to your space, "My visits" section, and contact us to modify or cancel. Depending on timing, fees may apply.
Can I contact NY Immobilier by phone?
Yes. Contact details (phone, email) are on the Contact page. We will respond as soon as possible.
Is my data protected?
Yes. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How can I list properties as a professional?
Online sign-up is for individual clients only. Agencies and professional hosts should contact NY Immobilier or create an agency workspace through our professional offer ("Create an agency" page).
